Did you Ever think of Commenting the Opening/Ending Comments

Did you ever consider of Commenting Opening/Ending Comments ?
try this...

Most of you found this trick useless but by applying this you can easily comment/uncomment the entire segment by commenting/uncommenting the openning comment.
